Conifer Hedge Cut and Shape in Maidstone

This conifer hedge in a terraced front garden in Maidstone town centre was getting out of control.

It was intruding into the public path and even making the first floor front rooms dark.

Conifers can quickly take over if they're not regularly cut and once they do, and you suddenly find yourself shielded from any sunshine, there's a limit to what you can achieve without taking drastic measures.

We took as much off the top as the client wanted and shaped the unruly sides.

The result is a much neater appearance, allowing more light into the house and more storage space for the waste bins.

The neighbours were also happy!
